These Terms govern your use of our website and the planning tools we make available on it. Your event itself is governed by the signed event contract between you and The Cosmopolitan; where these Terms and that contract disagree, the contract controls.
Using Our Website
You may use this website to learn about us, request a proposal, schedule a consultation, and plan an event. Please do not use it to break the law, interfere with the site, or attempt to access accounts or information that are not yours.
Proposals and Estimates
Prices, packages, and availability shown on this website are estimates offered in good faith. They are not a binding offer. Pricing may change with season, guest count, selections, market costs, and date. A date is not held and an event is not booked until we have countersigned a contract and received the required deposit.
Booking, Deposits, and Cancellation
Deposit amounts, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and rescheduling rights are set out in your event contract. Deposits are generally non-refundable. Please read your contract carefully and ask us about anything that isn’t clear before you sign.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive texts from The Cosmopolitan at the mobile number you provide, about your inquiry, consultation, proposal, and event.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@cosmopolitannj.com or 7322661737. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Content
If you share photographs, inspiration images, guest lists, seating charts, or other materials with us for planning purposes, you confirm you have the right to share them, and you allow us to use them for the purpose of planning and running your event.
Photography
We may photograph or film events for our portfolio and marketing. If you would prefer we did not, tell us in writing before your event date and we will respect that.
Third-Party Vendors
We may recommend outside vendors. Unless a vendor is engaged directly by us as part of your contract, your agreement is with that vendor, and we are not responsible for their work.
Accuracy
We work to keep this website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that every detail is free of error. Photographs are representative; spaces, menus, and décor may differ.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
